Honestly, I don’t know if I have a favorite book in this saga, because I love all of them. However, I understand why most of you have voted The prisoner of Azkaban, it’s a brilliant book with a little bit of mystery and the time turner is awesome!!

Basic Income

Hi everyone!!

Have you ever heard about the unconditional basic income? According to the official page of Europeans Citizens’ Initiative for an Unconditional Basic Income (http://basicincome2013.eu/), Basic Income is “a guaranteed income, given to all in addition to any other income they might receive. By advancing equality and economic participation while enabling simpler welfare systems, UBI leads to a fairer and more efficient society.”

I would say that Basic Income is a good idea based on equality and the defense of one of the most important rights as is the life one. As a population initiative, it looks for our happiness and social stability. It could be a great project to develop that can help poor people to get a dignified home and life style. Moreover, it could prove the imagination of people due to the fact that we weren’t under so much pressure and we could develop our real skills. It could benefit us to live the life we want with no thinking about our economic condition.

However, freedom makes us lazier and our society would weaken. If you are paid without doing anything, you won’t do anything. The worst disadvantage about Basic Income is that we woudn´t need to find a job to live, nevertheless we would need it to have a high social state. Only few people would work in the same way than without Basic Income and it isn’t fair that they would earn the same than who do nothing.

To sum up, Basic Income is an awesome idea for an idealized society based on unselfishness, hard work and solidarity. However, our society don’t accomplish with these aims. Thus, we shouldn’t take this initiative on.

   Personally speaking, I would say that I am a little bit disappointed with the results as I agree them up to the point. I know Ron and Hermione were amazing characters of Harry Potter Saga and their relationship was cute, but, seriously? The best fantasy couple?

   I voted to Aragorn and Arwen … I love them… However, it’s awesome to see that most of you love the same kind of literature as me (even when we haven’t got the same opinion).

   Moving to another matter, HAVE YOU SEEN THAT THE PORCENTAGES DOESN’T MAKE 100%?   
  I have just seen it!!! They make 99%! And the other 1%? It doesn’t count because… ? I mean, it’s crazy!! I’m going to check the first one… OH MY GOD!! It made 98 percent. How does it work? As more surveys you make, as higher the total percentage will be? 
Ok, let’s try to figure it out making a new one. We’ll check this mystery.

NEW ZEALAND

   I guess all of you have ever imagined your ideal place to visit. Most of you would rather to go to a wonderful place next to the beach, an ideal summer trip, where you can find pure white sand and crystal water in some exotic isle like, for instance, in the Caribbean Sea; others would imagine yourselves go trekking through the green and snowed mountains or visiting valleys full of flowers and amazing lakes.

   Personally speaking, I would choose the second choice. I have to confess that I have always been in loved with the idea of going to New Zealand, even now. I would go, not only because it is the place where The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit sagas were filmed, but also due to the awesome landscapes and breathtaking sceneries you can find there.

   New Zealand is a very green place full of lakes and beautiful mountains where you can go sightseen and visit places off the beaten track. Moreover, you can immerse in that marvelous world as it the Middle Earth and go to the real Hobbiton.

   However, the main problem is that this country is in the middle of nowhere, thus all the flights you can find, even the cheapest ones, are really expensive, and my ideal trip would be on the cheap. I should try to find a budget trip or wait to sudden win the lottery, but, anyway, I would go to New Zealand at least once in my life.

Descriptive paragraph

   Friends are our greatest treasures even when the physical distance separates you. My best friend is called Cecilia and she lives miles away from me, although she lives in the same country. We only can meet in summer when we meet in a village in the north of Spain. She is pretty, small, thin, brilliant, shy and confident at the same time, and also strong. She fights for what she wants to preserve and protect. These are some of the reasons why, even with the distance and our arguments, we are still best friends. I really admire her due to the fact that she passes her challenges and inspires me to be better.

Piano score: The show (Lenka)

Hi everyone!!

I don’t know how musicians you are, but I made a music score few months ago and I’m going to post it just in case you like it. Maybe you don’t know the song, but it’s really awesome and fun. It is the main song of the film Moneyball which is a great film based on a true story. I haven’t seen it, but I want to watch it, at least for the song. I looked for a piano tutorial and then, I transcript the music to a piano score. I hope you like it. I tried to teach my brother to play it, so it’s not too difficult. You must start slowly and then, when you practice it more times, you will do it quickly.

The adventure of a boat trip

   When you choose a boat for a trip, you're not only brave, but adventurous. Sailing through the sea means dealing with the problems alone or with people you're travelling with. It could become dangerous when, for instance, there's a storm in the middle of the night. However, if you go on, even knowing it, it means that breath-taking dawns or amazing places you can visit count more than risks for you.
